Your User Name: Your user name will be the initial of your first name, followed by your last name, followed by the last 4 digits of your social security number. If your name were John Doe, your name would appear as follows: jdoe1234.
Exception: If your name includes a suffix after your last name, such as junior, senior, III, or IV, your user name would appear as: jdoejr1234 or jdoeiii1234.
Your password is: universalpro
Make sure your user name and password are entered as lower case letters.
Course Catalog
There are three different types of course offerings, basic, advanced and Instructor led. The following two training programs apply to the majority of our employees.
Basic Security Officer - Security Professional are automatically enrolled in these courses. The course number begins with BSO. To begin taking these courses, click on the Basic Security Officer Track listed on your home page.
CSP (Certified Security Professional) - This is a voluntary, advanced training program for Security Professionals that requires authorization to participate. The course number begins with CSP.
